Thursday is the biggest night out (weekend starts Friday). Most clubs get going after 11 PM and stay open until 2-3 AM.
Smart casual for most venues. Nightclubs often require no shorts/sandals for men. Ladies are generally more relaxed.
Use Uber/Careem for safe transport. Taxis are also available. Don't drink and drive - penalties are severe.

Safety: Bahrain is very safe, but always arrange transport home. Keep your drink in sight, and go out in groups when possible.
